 Naeem has been in the geotechnical field since 1996. Naeem has experience in an extensive number of projects including design and construction of high-rise buildings, subdivisions, highways, railways, bridges and roads, municipal infrastructure and slope stability investigations. Responsibilities generally included overall technical supervision and engineering analyses. Naeem has gained recognition from clients for his commitment and dedication to providing excellent service.

 Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science/Technology with distinction in Environmental Site Remediation. Scott has over fifteen years of environmental, hydrogeological and geotechnical experience throughout Ontario with extensive experience in completing water balance assessments, surface water and groundwater interaction studies, landfill investigations, GIS mapping and geomatic studies, infiltration studies and implementing Low Impact Development (LID) guidelines. Further experience includes conducting Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments in support of Brownfields Redevelopment, involvement in remediation projects and filing of Records of Site Condition with the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks.

 Rakesh is a licensed Professional Engineer in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario since 2003. He has been active through the years in various roles - field, office and management. He is experienced in construction inspections, laboratory testing, various drilling methodologies, soil and groundwater investigations, small and large remedial works. He specializes in Brownfield Redevelopment projects including filing of Record of Site Conditions, and Excess Soil management work. He is also active in conducting Property Condition Assessments and has knowledge of different building systems and construction types, including multi-tenant plazas, low-rise residential buildings, commercial big box structures, industrial buildings and more.

Gus is a seasoned Environmental Consultant with over 25 years of experience. He has provided consulting services to the Federal Department of Environment, the Ontario Ministry of Environment, multiple municipal governments as well as to private and institutional clients during his practice. He has conducted hundreds of Environmental Site Assessments, numerous remedial works, and Excess Soil (O.Reg. 406) projects, as well as assessments of Indoor Air Quality with an emphasis on mould contamination and abatement. He is a Certified Environmental Professional with Canadian Environmental Certification Approvals Board. He is a strong believer in Client relationship building and believes that the critical part of being a consultants is to listen carefully to Clients in order to fully understanding and address their requirements for any given project.
